It's not a bad looking machine. The colors really pop but I still don't think it's worth more than 100-150. The one benefit it has over others from that time is that it is a very English themed machine.

You will get more money for a machine if you are willing to ship. Local pickup only severely limits who your potential buyer will be. Timing of when your sell your machine is key for local pickup only sales as you have to find the right set of buyers drive up your auction price.

He posted it on ebay....even a quick look there shows that new more sophisticated machines are only going in the $200 range. You can lead a pachi to tokens but you can't make 'em spin...or something like that.

Don't want to be mean but you should do a little research. He might want $400 for it but I wouldn't expect he would get more than $100-$150 for it. Considering it's age and how much more of a modern machine you can get these days for ~$250. You might want to tell approx. how many tokens are included...

You can tell a machine came from DGI (Direct Gaming International) out of California if you see those Copper colored tokens. They are a little lighter than normal tokens but work just fine.

That place looks cool. I bet the glare from the outside can cause you to miss a ball or two. How many machines did they have? Were they mostly older machines? I too notice like arraking that they looked factory fresh. Thanks for the pics!

Here is a trick. What do you consider reasonable? For a machine of that era we would think $125-150 would be reasonable. How many tokens does it come with may adjust that number accordingly.

Sucked playing "rampage or gauntlet" This is why my kids love my Mame machine. They can just hit the credit button all they want....and when they get pulled away they can just hit the pause button. I love it too cause it saves me a lot of quarters. They play some games I had never seen be...

Well then that makes more sense. I thought they were just trying to hide the information like the pachislo manufacturers do ;) I really think the pachi schematics are not available because someone would come along and find a flaw in the design and be able to exploit it to cheat. Since most manufactu...

What is the reason that they dont want their schematics available? For something that old you would think they would want the machines to live on...or at least not to give a crap about them any more.
Usually when something is no longer available you can usually email an author and get what you need.

My mind is racing with possibilities. All those threads with little nuggets of info. The will need to be pruned a bit and polished . I think Tiki's static problem is a excellent example! http://www.pachislodb.com/bb2/viewtopic.php?t=2640&highlight=vol+volume+control I missed this..thanks to Met...

I am sure gman will come along and give you many sites that are good. That is odd...a place that will send you the parts and you pay later. Must be because they usually deal with businesses and it is easier for them to pay off an invoice rather than order with a credit cards and then put in into the...

I would think shipping would be less since the weight of a pachinko is a bit less than a pachislo...although most vendors charge about the same these days.

But most of them are on his "wanted" or "past" machines lists. Seems you have a thing for NET machines. I have only owned one NET machine but it was a beauty so I can understand.
