After I get back from vacation this week, I'm determined to finish this project.
I have it running and have been playing it for awhile. I'm addicted to playing it more than finishing it!

I know you changed the computer from first attempt to final product. If you could post a list of system parts, min CPU, ram requirements, KB ENCODER, BUTTONS ETC. it could encourage others to make their own digital pinball machine. I will definately do that Gman! There is a lot of things that I wou...

I'll throw a ton of packing peanuts on it and ship it off in a big box! Or you guys and gals can come to my house for pinball night!

use the side screw holes, and 2 thin sheet metal angle brackets, or just a strap over the top. screw the angle down to your wooden case. just make sure your data cable will reach. Thanks Gman, I will try this! Now I have to find my box of angle brackets. I can't wait to organize everything and fini...

You can use the standard arcade buttons for the power and reset. On my mame machine I have a black button on the back of the machine for power. I don't currently have a reset button...you can always hold down the power button for 5 (or so) seconds to shutdown the power. Inside my machine I mounted ...

Just put your MB up on some wood spacers and it will be fine. Arcades do it all the time. I once put a multimedia PC inside of a VCR/DVD case. What do you think I should do with the power and reset switches? I know you can buy button kits to mount them pretty much anywhere. The VCR/DVD case sounds ...

really cool I still cant get over how great that pachislo cab is for a playfield box 8) There are a lot of restrictions with using the pachislo cab. I will have to mount the PC under the cab somehow and add a bunch of fans. I thought I would have this finished by now, but I keep trying to improve o...

All of the Future Pinball tables are easily configurable to this setup. The VPinmame tables are coming along slowly. They take a little more work to convert to this format. I'll make a youtube video sometime when I'm done to show the various tables.

You guys are pushy! I had to move my computer into another case so I could attach it to the bottom of the pinball machine. When changing out the parts I bumped the heat sink and now computer shuts down after a couple of minutes. I had to order some thermal compound, so I'm now waiting on that. Here ...
