WANI MARU

Post by pjtnascar »

The Wani Maru is a classic, simple pachislo machine. The reels have fun, kid friendly graphics featuring two different alligators, bananas, cherries and sevens. Getting certain patterns "warms up" the machine for a bonus round, just like most pachislos. There are three ways to get the bonus- 3 black sevens, 3 red sevens, or 3 alligators. The machine has one, two, or three coin play. Spinning the right combinations makes the machine "spin" three lights above the reels. There are two palm trees with an egg in the middle. When the egg lights, the machine easily enters the bonus round. The bonus round has okay music, and the three above-mentioned lights flash on and off. This machine is fun to play, and very easy to enter into bonus round even with the odds set on 2 or 3.

I like this machine because the it has a "solid" feel. It reminds me of playing the slots in Vegas or Atlantic City. The coin drop and reel stop sounds are classic casino. A nice machine if picked up for the right price. No bells and whistles such as back lit reels, just a classic fun machine.

I have a mint condition machine of this kind. Mine however has bells and whistles and lights up all over the place. I like the machine a lot. It helps pass time on rainy days.
