Definitely Beast Sapp's a steal at that price. I was tempted to drive up to Dallas a few months ago to pick one up for $150.

UPDATE

The pachis are now posted to craigslist.
I included a re-edit of the video with the postings & removed the previous video from youtube.

It's a bit more upbeat.

Sweet video Tim, wished I was in better financial shape here, I would drive down and pick up Beast Sapp, Tomb Raider, and possibly one more. Been back to work 3 weeks now.

Why do these deals always happen so far away. I would easily pick up 3 of them if you were local. The shipping kills the deals.

Tell me about it! I would take Tombraider! But if I told Tiki My newest machine ...I bet he would send all for a trade!

Is Beat Mania going to be on the toy drive prize list :?:
To play or not to play, that is the question.

Another idea: if you are going to have a machine as a prize give a choice between 2 or 3.

I think if we all lived closer, we'd pick up some of Tiki's machines. I even offered to take the Beast Sapp, Tomb Raider and his Mother-in-law off his hands, but apparently she wouldn't go for it.

Either you really want those two machines, or you know that he has a nice mother-in-law to go with them.
To play or not to play, that is the question.

Beast Sapp
SOLD
Sold it to a co-worker.
I took it into the maintenance shop at work last night (cuz he is our maintenance guy)
& let him play around with it to see if he liked it.
Random tokens would get lodged & it would error occasionally.
I showed him how to remove the coin mech....
It's easy on any pachi, much easier on that model... no screws.
After having it out of the machine it appeared there was a decent amount of corrosion
on the small (removable) bar that the tokens ride along on their journey to the hopper.
A small strip of sandpaper with a tiny squirt of WD-40 cleaned it right up.
After the coin mech was put together & back in the Beast Sapp,
I didn't see him for the duration of the shift... he even skipped lunch.
He says that he's buying it as a birthday gift for his wife, but I have a feeling she's not a big boxing fan.
Japanese boxing at that. :P
