It's in the books

Post by Chris »

Well, in this case the database. I have finally completed the updating of the database for 2008. I am sure there are a few machines I probably missed or some data that was not entered correctly but for the most part it is complete. If you find a machine I missed send me a link to it and I will add it as soon as I can. I probably wont get to the 2009 stuff until after the new year...but who knows sometimes I get motivated for some unknown reason.

BTW, the database now contains over 1500 machines.

Chris,
I thanked you in the thread, but I wanted to publicly thank you for all your hard work to keep the database up to date. With getting packed to move, you still have the time to keep the database up to date.
Thanks again.

Chris,
Unknowingly I expressed appreciation today also for some of what you have done for us. Others commented too. I hope it doesn't lead to a swelled head! (this post probably is about to be deleted)
Seriously, thank you.

Thanks guys/gals. It does take quite a long time to gather all the information which is why it is so easy to procrastinate when updating the database. With the amount of discussions we have going on here I figured I owed it all to you since you too put in a lot of your own time making PDB the place it is.

Here's to hoping that 2010 is as much fun as 2009 was.

Thanks again.

Yes, it is me.
I will try and find more time. I have been busy mainly with the business and the required continuing education classes, but throw in yard work and putting the game house together and time is limited.

finally!!

Post by Chris »

I finally finished entering all the 2010 machines in the database. It has been a very busy year with work and all that time I spend procrastinating. We now have over 1700 machines in the database. Hopefully I wont take as long to get the 2011 machines in. Along with entering the new machines I also updated many machines to include there proper year..we are down to 6 machines that I am unsure of the year they were created.

Enjoy!
