I have the machine on the easiest level (6) so I've hit the bonus round a few times. The first time was by hitting 3 7's. The Bonus Count display went to 33 which gave me 33 spins that payed out most of the time. Another time I hit 3 Bingo Cards and the Digital display showed 333. At that point the Bonus Count again went to 33 and it hit again after the last bonus spin. It did it again after that bonus round. There's an instruction sticker, in Japanese, the displays "33 or ?" So I'm guessing that if the Digital display shows 33 for the first two digits, the third digit indicates the number of bonus rounds. When you get down to your last 7 spins in the bonus round, the music and SfX change. Once I hit all 7's during my last 7 spins and won another bonus round of 33 spins. The Navigation display displays the order that you have to hit the stop buttons during the Bonus Round.
The Bet button allows to to bet 1,2, or 3 tokens that are displayed in the Credit window. The Max Bet button allows you to bet 3. The button below the Bet and next to the spin knob allows you to play in cash or credit mode. Cash meaning it will payout at each win and credit meaning it will hold your winnings, up to 50. Anything over and it will payout.
I just now hit 111 in the Digital display and the Bonus Round again displayed 33. Then after a few seconds a "HiYa!" was heard and the bonus round went to 111. I'll post more as I learn more.
This is my first machine and so far it's a lot of fun. Also, it looks a little different than the one shown here. This is what mine looks like....
