Need one of two ballast bulbs that are located on inside of the door. Cannot find anything on the internet.

Keep in mind thats a European base lamp, and you will need a dimention of the base as well as a length.
And figure the voltage, and if you can get a higher voltage by 2 or 3 do that, they will last longer.

I just remembered another place to try, mouser electronics. I think eventually you will need to find a way to relamp that game to either use LEDs or something along that line to illuminate the areas.
Those lamps are European size and may be hard to find over here.
Another you could try is a European based search engine for screw base lamps in sub miniature.
