Machine manuals: How much would you pay?

Post by Ichi »

I have a quick question to ask everyone here.

If you could have a manual to go with your machine, how much would you pay? (Keep in mind it would be in Japanese)

I'm in the process of importing some booklets from about 5 different popular models.

Here are a few pictures of what they would look like. (These are just examples of some models.)

I would like to know how much everyone is willing to pay so I can see if it's worth my time and money getting them to the states. I am not going to price them at the highest you guys are willing to pay, I'm just seeing if there is a demand and to see if they are worth getting in.

Thanks!

What would be the purpose if it's all in Japanese ? i can't read Japanese so i am just wondering what the point would be .. just to say " i have the original Japanese manual "
Let me know why you think it would be a good idea, Thanks

just to say you have it. though you may not speak the language, it could be neat to have. it may have pictures or something you've never seen. you could frame it and hang it above the machine, kind of as a decoration. that's about all i've thought of.

The manuals would picture different things in the machines.

I think its pretty cool getting matching stuff for your machine. I guess I consider myself a collector and I would love having a wider range of things to go with my machines.

We're also looking to get in things like these:

It would be cool to have for under $5 shipped. It is nice to have it so that you when you play you might say...hey now I know what that mean based on the machine action.
These are my opinions and just because I am the admin you don't have to agree with me

It turns out, I'm probably going to be importing around 100 booklets. Only catch is that I'm only getting in 1 for each model. Once I get them in, I'll just put them on ebay for around $3 or $4.

I'm not 100% sure yet if these are coming in or not. I'll know for sure within 1 week.

Thanks to everyone who took part in the Poll.
