Having owned Neo Planet and a Neo Magic Pulsar (twice) in the past I knew what sort of effects to expect. What I didn't expect was that this would be the best out of all of them. NPZ is a Type C machine meaning that it doesn't have a BB or RB but it does have "special" bonus' which will reward you handsomely. The build in volume controls do give a nice range but I might add something else to quiet it down just a little more as the bonus round music can get a little loud....don't worry you can still hear the trademark Yamasa reel hum.
NPZ Pharaoh and Mummy are a great combination and they are quite comical. Even though the Pharaoh speaks in Japanese you can still understand what he is getting at through the machine actions. Light show is nothing spectacular but it is the EL vision that really makes this machine fun.
