Finding the highest (or lowest) rated machines

A new feature has been added to the database. Since we now have the ratings next to the machine name I though I would provide a way for people to find the top machines.
Toward the top of the database you will now see some new links:
You must have pop-ups enabled for pachislodb.com to see this.
