I am going to be doing some maintenance on the website sometime over the next few days. I am not sure when I will have the time. The work should increase the speed seen when accessing the forums. Just wanted to let people know so that they won't freak out.

DITTO, but with a higher percentage of happening. I just assumed it was this old computer, or Charter's bandwidth.
Update: Of course the last two posts went quickly! It's just like having your car exhibit the same symptoms to the mechanic when you take it in.

In the past when I copied the database to a new server we saw a dramatic speed increase....but not this time. Well, it was worth a try. Thanks to all who responded.
