Bally lamp zener diode

Does anyone know what the correct zener diode to use for lamps on a mid-80's Bally pinball (Lady Luck) is?
One of my lamps is out, and it's not the bulb. Upon examination of the circuit, the zener diode looks different than that on the 3 lamps next to it. The darned things are too small to read anything on, but I'm assuming someone attempted to "repair" it and used the wrong value zener diode.
Or could I just measure the voltage passed to the lamps from one of the working lamps and figure out the diode value from that?
