I have borygrads email, I have yet to get the board he promised me. it probably is in shipment.
What board do you need repaired?
borygard has a gmail account. I hesitate to recommend him until I receive and test the replacement board.

I have a Firepower power supply board that needs to be looked at, having strange issues with the machine booting.

I would like to get the whole set looked over and repaired if needed.

I will not be selling this machine and I like all of my keepers to be top condition.

If it was a simple burnt connector or a bad chip I could fix that. Have changed a lot of TIP122 out on my other machines.

These strange issues that Firepower is having is driving me nuts. Have aready changed the 40 pin interconnect and it worked for a while and not this booting issue.

I might just wait until Rottendog has their all in one board done and go that route.

Nice collection of car themed games, makes sense for a racer.
I received a replacement board from this Borygard, (Rob) and it is junk. I knew I was getting a rebilt used board, it was/is burned pretty bad. I have a string of solenoids out now, it is unplayable with the 'new' board. It is better with the old board, It is at least playable, some lights out and I had to disable the 3 bank target.

I will contact Borygard in a minute to see if I can return it for a refund. I am still no closer to getting my game room put back together for my family visit.

I love my cars and my first machine was the Checkpoint. Had to have a Porsche pinball.

I have a 911 GT5 race car and a 944 Turbo S street car. I am currently selling both and going to get a 550 spyder replica built.

The street scene and the racing is just too much. Going to have only 1 really nice car and enjoy the car shows.

Leaves more money for the Pachis and Pinballs. :D :D :D

Nice car, isn't that the one the chick drove in Top Gun? ;)
Kelly Mcguilis?
sweet ride. The Mrs wants a 427 Cobra, I am thinking of a replica with a 350 or 327 for her.

She drove a 356, sort of the same style. The 550 is the one that James Dean drove. More of a race care for the street.

It only weighs 1200 lbs and has 200 HP. That's is 1 HP for every 6 lbs.

To put this in perspective the new Vette has 430 HP and weights 3217 lbs. With 1 HP per 7.48 lbs.

These little 550s are rockets!!!! :D :D :D

Well I just sold my Mystery Castle and possibly my Starship Troopers.

I need the room, I have a Star Trek The Next Generation on the way!!!! :D :D :D

I can't wait that is one of the machines on my must own one list. Got ot on e-bay for $1800 in unshopped but in very nice condition.

One of the things I like to do and enjoy is shopping the machine myself. Good way to get to know the machine and what might go wrong.

So that will make 3 down (Checkpoint, Black Knight 2000, Star Trek TNG) and 1 to go. (Twilight Zone)

Nice price on the STNG. A lot of machine for the money.
I know a good TZ for 3K locally, lowest $ for one is around 2400 needing work.

Well my STTNG showed up yesterday. And everything works!!!!!!

It is a little dirty and will need some scrubbing but I expected that.

I looks like I will not be getting much sleep that next few nights.

I have this OCD thing, once I start a project it bugs me to no end until it is finished. :D :D :D

Oh and let the mods begin......nothing that can not be undone though.

Nice clean pin.
Lots of drop targets on that one. with no flipper side bumpers it would make it very tough to stop the ball and aim the shot. Thats the only complaint I have heard on that machine, it makes it a bit tougher.
