Site Upgrade

I upgraded the site to PHPBB 3.2.8 last night. The only fallout I am seeing at the moment is the News/Announcement area of the main portal page. I have disabled that for now until I come up with a solution.

The portal I use for PachilsloDB is no longer supported so I might be forced to find a new solution. When I first set up the site this portal was the most complete solution. Since that time other portal have become more mature and may fit the needs here.

Let me know if you see any other issues.

Unable to upload images to the Database or otherwise. When you clickon the button, a new window opens but it says "page not available"
