Looking for coin mech for a tatsu-jin

Hello all,
Been here for a short time. Mostly to look up machines and reviews but this is my first post.
I have a Tatsu-jin (Baltec I think. I found that name on a board in the machine) machine that shoots an error code as soon as a coin (token) drops. I have a friend with the same machine that works. Tried my coin mech on his machine and his shot the same code with my mechanism installed. I think it maybe the small board with the eye on the mechanism itself. Can anyone help?
